NAKSON SERVICES

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services, websites, or products operated by Nakson Group (including nakson.services, momdaughts.com, deepseacare.com, trackmyorder.pk, and esync.nakson.services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Nakson Services provides custom Shopify theme development, DTC retention systems, multi-courier integrations, e-commerce automation sync engines (eSync ERP), and brand identity systems. All deliverables are built based on individual client operational agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in client contracts, all custom software, branding identities, custom packaging designs, and digital content engineered by Nakson Services remain our intellectual property until full contract settlement is completed.

4. Client Deliverables & Systems

Clients are responsible for providing authentic operational information, secure API access credentials to courier systems, and active Shopify permissions necessary for system deployment. We maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all internal metrics and operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

We build and deploy systems drawing from battle-tested brand operations. However, we do not guarantee specific monetary conversions or ad account performance results, as market behaviors and third-party API configurations are independent of our code.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms as our SaaS integrations and digital capabilities evolve. Continued use of our sites and systems constitutes approval of revised terms.
